Anti-Trafficking Policy
gingr.ch operates a Swiss escort booking platform under Swiss law, with mandatory KYC for all escorts, continuous moderation and active cooperation with authorities.
This policy describes how we prevent, detect, report and pursue human trafficking, exploitation and coercion. It applies to all users, escorts, employees and partners interacting with the platform.
What human trafficking means
Human trafficking refers to the recruitment, transfer, harbouring or exploitation of a person through violence, threat, deception, coercion or the exploitation of a position of vulnerability. The purpose is typically sexual exploitation, labour exploitation or the removal of organs.
The legal basis in Switzerland is Art. 182 of the Swiss Criminal Code (SCC). Internationally, the UN Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons (Palermo Protocol) is the authoritative reference.
Forced prostitution, sexual exploitation, coercion into sex work and any form of exploitation of minors are criminal offences. Voluntary and independent escort work between adults is strictly distinct from these.
Zero tolerance, concrete consequences
Confirmed violations of this policy result in the following measures:
- immediate suspension of all affected profiles and accounts
- retention of any platform balances for evidence preservation and, where legally possible, payout to the affected person
- permanent ban from the platform
- reporting to the competent authorities in Switzerland
- preservation of all relevant data for law enforcement
Platform safeguards
gingr.ch relies on several interlocking layers of protection.
Identity verification (KYC)
Escorts with the Verified, Age Verified or Content Verified label undergo a KYC check via our partner Dataspike. This covers the official identity document, its authenticity and a biometric comparison (liveness check).
This ensures that the person behind a verified profile is actually of legal age and has confirmed their identity.
Secure Booking and escrow as protection
For bookings with the Secure Booking label, no cash circulates and no cash payouts are made to third parties. Payments go through licensed financial service providers and are held in escrow until the service is completed.
This has a direct effect on protection against exploitation:
- funds go directly to the escort, not to third parties or intermediaries
- every payment is traceable and AML-checked
- suspicious transaction patterns are detected automatically and reviewed
- escorts retain financial control over their earnings
The higher the share of Secure Booking, the lower the structural risk of exploitation.
Ongoing monitoring
gingr.ch monitors the platform both automatically and manually.
Automated monitoring covers, among other things:
- unusual booking patterns
- suspicious IP clusters
- multiple accounts linked to the same device or payment source
- automatically detected risk signals in chat, for example indications of coercion, control, self-harm or the exchange of personal contact details
- behaviour inconsistent with voluntary and independent work
In addition, specifically trained staff from the Safety & Compliance Unit review all reports. Compliance audits take place on a quarterly basis.
Reporting channels for clients and third parties
Suspicions can be reported at any time, anonymously or with identification.
Reports can be submitted via:
- the report form on every escort profile
- the 24/7 live chat on the platform
- email to abuse@gingr.ch
- the Help Center with guided forms
In chat, sensitive topics such as trafficking, coercion, exploitation or safety concerns are suggested and can be selected directly. Every report receives an initial review within 24 hours and is handled with priority.
Reporting users remain confidential. Identifying information is not shared with other platform users.
Are you affected yourself?
If you are subject to coercion, control or exploitation yourself, there are ways to get help without putting your safety at risk.
Within gingr.ch:
- Use the live chat with the keyword "Help" or "Safety". The conversation is immediately forwarded to a trained person.
- Write to abuse@gingr.ch. The message is only seen by the Safety team.
- Your profile activity, chats and booking data can be preserved as evidence if you wish.
External points of contact in Switzerland:
- FIZ Fachstelle Frauenhandel und Frauenmigration, counselling, protected accommodation, legal support, www.fiz-info.ch
- Swiss Victim Support, free and confidential counselling, www.opferhilfe-schweiz.ch
- Die Dargebotene Hand, 24/7 helpline, phone 143
- Police, in case of immediate danger, phone 117
Reporting to gingr.ch or to an external service does not automatically lead to the suspension of your profile. On the contrary, we support you in continuing your activity in a safe environment or ending it, according to your decision.
Protection of minors
gingr.ch is a platform exclusively for adults. Use by minors is prohibited, and the depiction or facilitation of minors is excluded under all circumstances.
The minimum age for all escorts on gingr.ch is the legal age of majority, 18 years. Age verification is carried out via KYC with an official identity document and is made visible through the Age Verified label.
Content that sexualises or endangers minors (CSAM) is handled with priority. In the event of a concrete suspicion:
- immediate suspension of all affected accounts
- reporting to KOBIK, the Swiss national coordination unit for combating internet crime at fedpol, www.fedpol.admin.ch
- preservation of all content and metadata for law enforcement
- The legal basis in Switzerland is Art. 197 SCC (hard pornography, including the depiction of minors).
Suspected cases can be reported at any time and anonymously to abuse@gingr.ch.
Client verification tiers
gingr.ch distinguishes three tiers of client verification that give escorts more safety and a better sense of who they are dealing with.
- T1: verified email address
- T2: additionally verified phone number
- T3: additionally complete KYC check with an official identity document
For each booking, escorts can choose which minimum tier they require. The higher the required tier, the greater the safety for the escort.
Procedure in suspected cases
In the event of a reasonable suspicion of human trafficking, exploitation or serious violations, internal protocols are triggered.
Immediate internal measures:
- suspension of the accounts involved
- preservation of all relevant data: chat histories, KYC records, booking history, wallet activity
- notification of the Head of Security and the Compliance leads
Evidence preservation includes in particular:
- user metadata
- identity verification data (Dataspike)
- IP addresses and technical logs
- transaction data from Secure Booking and escrow
- communication histories
- internal review notes
All data is secured in accordance with Swiss and EU data protection standards.
Where the situation requires or the law prescribes it, gingr.ch informs the competent authorities without delay and cooperates fully with ongoing investigations.
Cooperation with authorities and organisations
gingr.ch cooperates with Swiss authorities and specialised services.

- KSMM, Coordination Unit against the Trafficking in Persons and Smuggling of Migrants

All Support, Moderation and Compliance staff receive regular training on:
- recognising signs of trafficking and exploitation
- trauma-informed communication with affected persons
- escalation protocols and internal cooperation
- evidence preservation and cooperation with authorities

Continuous improvement
This policy is reviewed regularly and updated based on new insights, legal requirements and feedback from cooperation with authorities and specialised services.
